What we collect when you use (prop)aganda, why we use it, and who else handles it.
1. Who we are
(prop)aganda, at propaganda.spacenplace.ai (the “Service”), is operated by SPACE AND PLACE - FZCO, a UAE-based company (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your personal data is used, as described in this policy.
This policy applies to everyone who signs in to or uses the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service.
For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected]. Where data protection law requires us to name a representative in your country, we will add the details here. Until then, use this address.
2. What we collect
We collect only what the Service needs.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
Your orders
- What you give us: a link to a public listing page, or up to 30 photos (JPG, PNG or WebP), and a floor plan (PDF, JPG or PNG).
- What we make from it: the images and the video, and the progress messages our agent writes while it works. You see these messages on the order’s page.
- The date and status of each order.
Photos, floor plans and listing pages can contain personal data: the name or phone number of an agent or owner, or people who appear in a photo. Please do not send us personal data about other people that the order does not need.
Payments
When you buy a bundle, Stripe collects your card and payment details. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of the purchase: which bundle, when, and whether the payment went through.
Referrals
If you share your referral link, we record that a sign-up came through it, so that sign-ups can be counted.
Technical data
Our servers record requests to the Service and errors, so we can run and fix it. These logs can include what your browser sends with a request, such as your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you asked for.
We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health or biometric data. Please do not upload any.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to:
- sign you in and keep you signed in;
- take your orders, make the content and let you download it;
- take payments, keep track of your generations and keep payment records;
- email you when an order is ready or has failed;
- count referrals;
- run, secure, fix and support the Service, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal bases
Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on these:
- Contract. Sign-in, orders, payments and the emails about your orders are needed to provide the Service to you.
- Legitimate interests. Keeping the Service secure, preventing abuse, keeping logs to fix problems and counting referrals. We weigh these against your rights.
- Legal obligation. For example, keeping payment records, or answering a lawful request from an authority.
- Consent. Where we ask for it, for example for marketing email if we ever send any. You can withdraw it at any time.
5. AI and people
Your order is handled by AI agents run by our team and contractors. They read your floor plan, photos and listing page, build the scene and produce the files. To do this they use third-party AI model and media-generation providers, and we send those providers what the order needs. They handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.
A person on our team or a contractor may look at an order’s inputs and results to run or fix the Service, for example when an order fails. Access is limited to people who need it for that.
We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. AI output can be wrong; see the Terms of Service.
6. Who else handles your data
We use these providers, and give each only what its job needs:
- Google, for sign-in.
- Stripe, for card payments and fraud prevention.
- Hetzner, for hosting and for the private storage of your files, in the EU.
- PostHog, for product analytics and server logs, in the EU.
- SendGrid, as our email relay.
- Third-party AI model and media-generation providers, to make your content.
We may also disclose data to an authority when the law requires it, and to anyone else with your consent.
7. Transfers abroad
Your files are stored in the EU, and our analytics and logs are kept in the EU. Some of our other providers, such as Google, Stripe, our email relay and the AI providers, may process data in other countries, including countries outside the EU and the UAE.
Where the law requires safeguards for this, we rely on them, for example standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
9. Emails
We email you when an order is ready or has failed, at the address on your Google account. These emails are part of the Service. We send them through our email relay.
We send no marketing email today. If we ever do, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it and include a way to opt out. Opting out of marketing will not stop the emails about your orders.
10. How long we keep it
- Account data for as long as your account exists.
- Order files and results for as long as your account exists, so you can download them.
- Payment records for as long as the law requires.
- Logs for a limited period, no longer than needed to operate and secure the Service.
To have your account deleted, write to [email protected]. We will delete the account and its orders, including the files and results. Some copies, such as backups and logs, may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or expire. We keep what the law requires us to keep, for example payment records.
11. Security
We protect personal data with measures suited to a service of our size. Your files sit in private storage, uploads use time-limited links, and access is limited to people who need it. No service is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable form;
- withdraw consent, where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are first. We will answer without undue delay, and within any time limit the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
13. Age
The Service is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
14. Governing law and disputes
This policy, and any dispute arising out of it, is governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), without regard to conflict of law principles.
We will comply with the mandatory data protection and privacy laws that apply to our processing of personal data, including, where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under those laws.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy is resolved under the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service, unless the law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version will be on this page with a new date, and where the law requires, we will tell you about material changes. Please check it from time to time. Where the law allows, continued use after a change means you accept it.
